At Lavexxa, we are committed to delivering your fashion essentials safely and on time, no matter where you are in India. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your parcel throughout the delivery journey.
We ship to major cities, towns, and most serviceable pin codes across India through our trusted logistic partners. Typical delivery timelines range between 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier availability. Deliveries to remote or interior areas may require additional time. During festivals, bad weather, or unexpected courier delays, timelines may vary, but we ensure you are kept informed at every stage.
Every Lavexxa package is carefully quality-checked, packed, and sealed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately with photos or videos for verification. We will review the issue promptly and assist with the best possible solution.
Shipping is currently available within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified or redirected. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout. Lavexxa will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout. Certain products or promotional periods may offer free shipping. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select locations and may require an advance payment to confirm the order.
